listening to a lot of music full of feeling.
This will increase our creativity and wellbeing.
Creative Painting will give you pleasure and make
you feel good.

A lesson can be a part of a teambuilding program
or as a energizing kick-off activity or just for fun!

A lesson can be given for 1 up to 100+ participants and
can last between 1 to 3 hours. In the case of large
groups it is possible to split the lesson into two parts.
Off course it is possible for us to offer other arrangements.

A TYPICAL LESSON CONTAINS
FOUR PARTS

RELAXATION You need some moments of calmness if you are going to feel the joy to create. Therefore the lesson starts with a short relaxation exercise. After that the different painting exercises in combination with music will bring you into the mood to create.

PAINTING TOGETHER At first we all paint together on a large paper with suitable music in the background. We will use a lot of
paint and broad paintbrushes in order to create towards a common goal.

PAINTING ON YOUR OWN During the lesson you will be doing different types of exercises and listen to varied music. You will discover
that your own experiences and ideas will be shown into your pictures.

FINAL DISCUSSION Together we will look through and discuss the result of our work. That will bring great joy to us all.
The final discussion will give you a opportunity to explain and present the meaning of your pictures.

FRAMING YOUR ARTWORK Creative Painting offers the service of framing the final artworks. A nice way to share the participants criativity with others.
